Our machines use advanced video technology to create a seamless grab-and-go experience without traditional buttons or sensors. We handle installation, stocking, monitoring, maintenance, and customer support at no cost to the property. Our goal is to deliver a modern, convenient amenity that improves customer experience and satisfaction.
How does your vending service work?
We place a vending machine at your location, customize the product selection, and manage all ongoing operations including stocking, cleaning, repairs, and payment processing. Your role is simply to provide space and access to electricity.
Is there any cost to the property or business?
No. Our standard vending service is completely free to the property. There are no installation fees, maintenance fees, or inventory costs. In certain cases, a small revenue share may be offered if required by the property.
Do businesses receive a commission from the vending machine?
In some cases, yes. While many of our partnerships are commission-free, we do offer a revenue share for select high-traffic or strategic locations when it makes sense for both parties
Who owns the vending machines?
All vending machines, inventory, and equipment are owned and operated by Charlotte Rose Vending.
What types of locations do you serve?
We serve apartment communities, gyms and fitness centers, office buildings, medical offices, warehouses, and other high-traffic residential and commercial properties.
Can snack and drink options be customized?
Yes. All product selections are fully customizable. We offer tiered snack and beverage packages as a starting point and adjust selections based on foot traffic, customer preferences, and sales performance, especially during the first 30 days.
How often are vending machines restocked?
Machines are restocked regularly based on usage. If a machine runs low or sells out, restocking is completed within 72 hours of notification.
Do you offer healthy or specialty options?
Yes. We offer health-focused, fitness-friendly, low-sugar, premium, and specialty snack and beverage options depending on the location.
What payment methods do your machines accept?
Our machines accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash where applicable.
What happens if the vending machine stops working?
Charlotte Rose Vending handles all technical issues, maintenance, and repairs promptly at no cost to the property. Please scan QR code on machine or contact directly via phone or email.
Who is responsible if the vending machine is damaged?
If damage occurs due to vandalism, misuse, or negligence by individuals on the property, the property may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. All normal wear and technical malfunctions are handled by Charlotte Rose Vending.
How are customer refunds handled?
All refunds are handled directly by Charlotte Rose Vending. Property staff are not responsible for issuing refunds or managing customer payment disputes.
How do customers request a refund?
Customers can contact us directly using the phone number or email listed on the vending machine and provide the machine location, date and time of purchase, item selected, and payment method used.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Card and mobile payment refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the customer’s bank.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. A simple location agreement is used to clearly outline responsibilities, service expectations, and placement terms for both parties.
How long is the agreement?
Our agreements are flexible and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Charlotte Rose Vending carries general liability insurance for all vending operations and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
How much space is required for a vending machine?
Space requirements vary by machine type, but most machines require only a small footprint and access to a standard electrical outlet.
How long does installation take?
Once approved, machines are delivered within 7 business days and installation is takes up to 2 hours to complete.
How do we get started?
