Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued for the following situations:

• Item not dispensed

• Incorrect item dispensed

• Duplicate or incorrect charge

• Vending machine or payment system malfunction

Refunds are not issued for product dissatisfaction, buyer’s remorse, or items removed after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Charlotte Rose Vending directly by scanning the QR code listed on the vending machine.

Please include the following information to help us process your request quickly:

• Machine location

• Date and approximate time of purchase

• Item selected

• Payment method used (cash or card/mobile)

• Brief description of the issue

Providing complete information helps us locate the transaction in our system.

Card & Mobile Payment Refunds

For purchases made using credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, refunds are processed through our secure cashless payment system powered by Cantaloupe.

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and can take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Charlotte Rose Vending does not have access to full card numbers and does not store sensitive payment information.

Cash Payment Refunds

For cash purchases, refunds may be issued via cash, digital payment (such as Venmo or Zelle), or another agreed-upon method.

Refund Processing Time

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours of receiving complete information. We aim to resolve all refund requests as quickly as possible.

Property Staff & Refunds

All refunds are handled directly by Charlotte Rose Vending. Property owners, managers, and on-site staff are not responsible for issuing refunds or resolving vending-related payment issues.
